Introductions

Welcome to Unreal Phitness. We at Unreal Phitness work our hardest to provide you ultimate strength and conditioning advice, as well as workout's, exercise demonstrations, recommended equipment vendors, workout music and motivation and most importantly, mixed martial arts (MMA) training. All our workouts here at Unreal Phitness aren't set in stone because you don't want to be doing the same thing as everyone else because that would mean you wouldn't be any better then them. This means you can simply add more weight, set's, or reps to an exercise if you feel necessary. Some of the workouts on this website will be EXTREMELY tough, so don't feel bad if you can't perfectly complete one of the workouts. This doesn't mean you shouldn't try to complete them on your first go, this doesn't mean that as soon as you huff and puff a bit you should stop and take a break. This doesn't mean that if you see a drop of sweat you should stop your set halfway through to take a sip of water. I'll tell you what it means. it means that when you physically cannot complete another rep you complete 2. You try your hardest, even if it means grunting as loud as possible, screaming in agony or even dropping to your knee's and crawling to your mummy afterwards. The only reason you shouldn't perfectly complete a workout is if it's going to kill you. This website is not for people who want to drop a few pounds or someone who want's to just flash there muscle's to a nice looking girl. This website is for people who want to reach there limit. potentially, break there limit. Even if your male, female, over 40, under 10 or even disabled, fat, one-armed, if you want to be the best fighter you can be, this is the place for you. These workouts only make you as strong as you want to be. This is Unreal Phitness. Good Luck.
